Our Building System

A reliable and guaranteed efficient source of raw materials is a critical element of successfully completing multiple homes in the quickest timeline and affordable cost.

Our Hardwood Homes are made with sustainably sourced material. They are constructed with concrete foundations and a central core of Greenheart timbers and assembled with Grade 1 stainless steel components. This core enables the structural element to withstand the worst of weather conditions. Each additional component used, has been carefully selected along with all fixings to complete an incredibly strong and weather-proof home.

A Foundation which spreads the load from the structure to the rock is referred to as an isolated concrete pad foundation. Pad foundations may be square, rectangular or circular in shape. If the pad is subjected to a heavy loaded structure, the pad footing may be stepped. The loads from the structure are simply distributed by the pad to the bearing layer of soil. Pad foundations are also used to support ground beams. All structures will be mechanically fastened to the foundation legs using stainless steel brackets & straps on every leg to ensure no uplift during high winds.
